Job Summary
Assist customers at self-storage facilities, assess storage needs, and upsell packing and moving supplies. Perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers and deposits, and make reminder/collection calls to keep accounts current. Travel between properties using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and work independently at multiple locations. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and outdoor areas. Prior experience in customer service and sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based) is encouraged. A valid driver’s license is required.
