Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage multiple properties, assess customer storage needs, and upsell packing/moving supplies. Perform daily inspections, handle cash drawers and banking, process payments and reminders, and travel between properties with mileage reimbursement. Requires valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds; work primarily in-person with indoor/outdoor tasks, including some outdoor time. Flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm); benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and flex spending.
