Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, and resolve issues while completing lease agreements. Perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and execute bank deposits. Make scheduled delinquent calls, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with Auction Vendors. Open and close facilities independently, manage company assets, and access customer accounts for security and account recovery. Travel between properties using your own vehicle for deposits and customer visits. Work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm with weekend coverage until 5pm. Earn $19.50 per hour plus performance-based bonuses. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 35 pounds required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
