Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls when required. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds, walk up to 50% of time outdoors, and climb stairs. Work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm with weekend hours until 5pm. Utilize your own vehicle to travel between locations with mileage reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
