Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits. Keep customers current on payments through reminder and collection calls. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, walking up to 50% of your time outdoors while climbing stairs and opening large doors. Work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm. Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
