Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, and handle walk-in rentals while resolving issues and completing lease agreements. Conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits. Manage customer payments, make delinquent collection calls, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with auction vendors. Open and close facilities independently, maintain company assets, and access customer accounts for security or delinquent accounts. Travel between properties using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available. Work flexible full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm, with weekend hours until 5pm. Earn $19.50 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
