Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits. Manage payment collections through reminder and collection calls while performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, working flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm with weekend coverage until 5pm. Travel between multiple locations using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available. Earn performance-based bonuses as an independent property manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
