Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage customer storage needs, perform daily storage unit inspections, handle cash and bank deposits, assist with payments and reminders, and upsell packing/moving supplies. Requires driving between properties, physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds, and outdoor work up to half the time. Opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits; full-time role with a flexible schedule between 9:30am–6:00pm (weekends until 5pm).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or service-based)
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and perform outdoor work up to 50% of the time
- Flexible, full-time availability with schedule between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm
