Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory availability. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment reminders or collections as required. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work independently across multiple locations using your own vehicle. Earn performance-based bonuses and work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
