Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, and handle walk-in reservations while resolving issues and completing lease agreements. Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits in compliance with policy. Make scheduled delinquent collection calls, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with auction vendors. Manage facility opening and closing, access customer accounts for security responses, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and grounds upkeep. Travel between properties using your own vehicle for deposits and customer visits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
