Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make supply sales suggestions, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and handle delinquent account collections via scheduled calls. Open and close facilities independently, assist with reservations and walk-ins, resolve issues, complete lease agreements, and manage company assets. Accept and document all customer payments while ensuring compliance with cash handling policies. Travel between multiple properties using your own vehicle for deposits and other work-related tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
