Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for packing supplies, and handle walk-in rentals while resolving issues and completing lease agreements. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits in accordance with company policy. Make scheduled delinquent calls, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with Auction Vendors. Open and close facilities independently, manage company assets, and access customer accounts for security responses. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. Drive between properties to perform deposits and conduct other work-related business.
