Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for packing and moving supplies, and perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current with payments through reminder and collection calls. Conduct cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds, walk extensively in outdoor environments, and travel between multiple work locations using your own vehicle. Earn performance-based bonuses as a property manager working flexible full-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
