Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make sales suggestions for packing supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment collections through reminder and collection calls. Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work independently across multiple locations using your own vehicle. Schedule is flexible and full-time between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), with eligibility for full-time benefits after 20+ hours. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
