Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, sell packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage delinquent accounts through scheduled calls and lien sales. Open and close facilities, assist with reservations, resolve customer issues, and complete lease agreements. Perform cleaning, maintenance, and exterior grounds upkeep while driving between properties. Work flexible full-time shifts between 9:30am and 6pm with weekend hours until 5pm. Earn $19.50 per hour plus performance-based bonuses and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
