Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Keep customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls when required. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, working independently at multiple locations with 50% of time spent outdoors. Requires a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between properties. Earn $16.00 per hour with flexible full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm. Property managers may earn performance-based bonuses and receive mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
