Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions including selling packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current with payments through reminder and collection calls. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds while walking up to 50% of time outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm with weekend hours until 5pm. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
