Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections as required. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, working both inside and outside facilities. Work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, with weekends until 5pm. Travel between properties using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
