Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls when required. Conduct cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds while walking in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Work flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, with weekends until 5pm. Earn $15.00 per hour with performance-based bonuses available for property managers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
