Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment reminders or collection calls as required. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping interiors, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, working independently across multiple locations with 50% of time spent outdoors. Travel between properties using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
