Job Summary
Seasonal customer service role at Friedman’s Home Improvement in Ukiah, CA. You will serve customers at the POS, process transactions, handle cash, issues like refunds, and ensure the POS area is clean and stocked. Responsibilities include responding to customer needs, managing difficult interactions, soliciting feedback, assisting with stocking, following policies, and promoting quality. Must have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills to operate POS software. Shifts are available across a retail schedule (non-exempt). In-person role at the Ukiah store with standard store duties and potential additional responsibilities as assigned.
