Job Summary
Customer Service & Scheduling Supervisor responsible for supervising the customer service team and production schedulers, coordinating activities, creating work schedules per budgets/workloads, interfacing with customers regarding shipments and delivery information, maintaining SAP data related to scheduling, and contributing to the SIOP process. Travel occasionally for customer conferences. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in Customer Service or Material/Production Planning, with strong written/spoken communication and proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Customer Service or Material/Production Planning
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP
