Job Summary
Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts, serving as the central point of coordination between sales, manufacturing, marketing, shipping, and finance. Own the full order cycle from request for quote through production and on-time delivery, gathering specifications, processing quotes, and tracking open orders to identify risks early. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, coordinate artwork and approvals, and provide proactive updates on order status and delivery expectations. Resolve customer concerns regarding warranty claims, credits, returns, and receivables while maintaining accurate account records and system data. This full-time, on-site role in Charlotte requires occasional overtime and visits to production areas. Success demands managing multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of customer service, account management, order management, or inside sales support experience
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts, orders, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Sound judgment and a proactive approach to identifying problems, communicating risks, and driving resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with customer portals, invoicing, RFQs, order entry, warranty claims, credits, or returns
- A collaborative, flexible mindset and willingness to support occasional overtime when customer or production needs require it
- Full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, Monday through Friday
- Occasional visits to production or shipping areas
- Occasional overtime
