Job Summary
Manage store sales targets, run promotions, and maintain stock levels while reviewing all rental orders for compliance and approval. Analyze sales figures to create goals and strategies, then contact daily prospects from prior interests to forecast future revenue. Handle customer service inquiries, monitor competitor promotions, and train store associates. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean history is required, along with drug screening and background checks. Prior experience in customer service or sales is important for success. This role offers a path to advance into an Assistant Manager position as the company experiences growth.
