Job Summary
Customer Service Sales Representative responsibilities include selling parts, service and maintenance programs, and select warehouse products. Responsibilities include preparing professional sales quotes with pricing and background materials, obtaining management authorization for quotes, prospecting a geographical territory via cold calls, maintaining contact with existing customers to secure service contracts and parts business, providing service across locations, generating leads for JM services/products, handling parts delivery/pickup, managing equipment deliveries to secure service contracts, educating customers on operation and maintenance of equipment, assisting Rental and Collections departments, participating in Saturday Staffing for the Service Department, and maintaining accountability through daily activities and performance standards. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, intermediate computer skills, rudimentary knowledge of equipment maintenance, a valid CA driver’s license, ability to work independently, forklift certification or ability to obtain, and strong customer service skills. Required Qualifications
