Job Summary
Lead Generation Specialist / Customer Service Specialist / Sales role responsible for identifying decision makers, generating business meetings for the sales team, and providing customer service to potential clients. Primary duties include soliciting leads via telephone, email, and digital channels; describing products and services to persuade prospects; maintaining records of contacts and leads; obtaining customer information; and supporting the sales cycle from appointment setting to relationship development. Strong initiative, team collaboration, and ability to research or navigate through prospect or existing accounts are essential to drive sales growth and opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Basic computer skills and ability to research or navigate through prospects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
