Job Summary
Handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls while meeting monthly sales and upselling metrics. Set appointments for HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and other trades, then multitask across departments using multiple applications. Respond to email inquiries and expedite unresolved grievances, recording completed work orders from field technicians. Maintain accurate customer data and process payments or refunds as needed. Requires 1 year sales experience, 2 years call center background, 35 WPM typing speed, and availability for evenings, weekends, and on-site work. Required Qualifications
- 2-years call center experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Must be able to work on site
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Service Titan
