Job Summary
Manage order demand records and track sales data and forecasts to manufacturing. Support Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by generating reports, maintaining global communications with various sites, and assisting in cross-functional activities. Ensure accurate recording and control of order demand while providing data analysis and customer service support. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations and customer service management within Thales' identity management and data protection solutions division, working closely with cross-functional teams to verify identities and secure digital interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- (preferably be in the 5th semester or at least one year away from finishing credits)
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written
