Job Summary
Oversee customer service levels and branch operations while driving branch sales and relationship development; manage staff performance, coaching, and development; achieve sales production goals; support business development and loan inquiry functions; may register as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) based on branch needs; ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; supervise Relationship Bankers and Operations staff; coordinate with Branch/Relationship Managers for onboarding and cross-sell opportunities; bilingual English and Chinese preferred; strong communication and leadership skills required.
