Achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them through sales and customer-service activities in housing/financial services. Identify target areas for prospective business, pre-screen customer segments, and promote cross-selling of multiple products. Build strong client relationships internally and externally, promote the TCFSL brand, ensure vendor empanelment and develop distribution channels, and ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations. Execute sales promotion activities to drive customer interest and maintain high customer satisfaction.
