Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per organization norms. Ensure the number of log ins along with disbursement while maintaining new client relationships. Proactively understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels and cross-sell multiple products. Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong distribution channels. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and ensure vendor empanelment. Maintain compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations while achieving business targets.
