Acquire new client relationships and maintain them to achieve business targets. Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments per organizational norms. Ensure login numbers and disbursement targets are met while proactively understanding customer needs to cross-sell multiple products. Execute sales promotion activities to build interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong distribution channels. Build client relationships internally and externally, ensure vendor empanelment, and maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
