Achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Identify target areas for prospective business; pre-screen customer segments; ensure login and disbursement; enhance customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-sell multiple products; execute sales promotion activities to build awareness of the TCFSL brand; build strong client relationships internally and externally; establish vendor empanelment and develop new vendor relationships; develop robust distribution channels; ensure compliance with audit and RBI regulations.
