Identify target areas for prospective business, prescreen customer segments, ensure login and disbursement processes, enhance customer satisfaction through understanding needs and cross-selling multiple products, execute sales promotion activities to build the TCFSL brand, and develop strong vendor empanelment, distribution channels, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance to Audit and RBI regulations and build strong internal and external client relationships to reinforce brand identification.
