Pre-screen customer segments, ensure login and disbursement counts, and proactively understand customer needs to cross-sell multiple products. Execute sales promotion activities to build interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong distribution channels. Build internal and external client relationships, ensure vendor empanelment, and maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
