Job Summary
This role blends customer service, sales support, and coordination in a hands-on, on-site setting. You’ll support customers via phone, email, and in person, handle both customer service and sales activities, assist with online ordering and troubleshooting, create and track invoices and payments, coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping), identify opportunities to expand business, assist with scheduling and order flow, and occasionally attend customer visits, expos, or events. The position offers a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) and contract-to-hire potential with meaningful impact and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, sales, or call center environment
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook; Excel is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
