Job Summary
Create insurance quotes and renewals over the phone, ensuring customers receive the best price and right type of cover. Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns while upselling or cross-selling products based on individual needs. Balance multiple tasks using various systems while maintaining accuracy in documentation review. Leave customers with a positive lasting impression and an extraordinary feeling about our products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to explain complex language in simple terms, either in writing and/or over the phone
- Attention to detail because you'll need to accurately review and assess documentation
- Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers
- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout
- Computer literate
- GCSEs, or equivalent including English and Maths
