Job Summary

Customer Service Router responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within Ryder's supply chain solutions. Key duties include proactively managing jeopardy orders, identifying operational challenges, preparing and publishing client reports (jeopardy orders, open orders, EMC reports), and coordinating cross‐functional teams to resolve issues. Serves as the subject‐matter expert on SOPs and client expectations, supports field locations, analyzes trends in operational issues, leads client service calls, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service for assigned accounts. Requires strong verbal and written communication, problem‐solving, multi‐priority time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Minimum two+ years of relevant customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; advanced Excel and Office skills are noted as essential. This role is based in City of Industry, CA and is an on-site position with standard office hours and some flexibility.

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Three (3) years or more in a Customer Service role or equivalent required
  • One (1) year or more in related Client Account Specialization preferred
  • Basic math skills beginner required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) advanced required
