Job Summary
Assist customers at the beginning and end of their rental experience in car parks, ensuring timely vehicle returns and maintaining damage standards. Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures and complete required administration accurately. Work closely with staff to achieve all KPIs in customer service and returns areas. Requires a full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of four years experience. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available. Located at the Edinburgh Airport location.
Required Qualifications
- A full, valid clean driving licence
- Minimum of 4 years driving experience
- Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends
