Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival and deliver a friendly, professional return experience. Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage, then discreetly handle findings and direct issues to appropriate channels. Complete return transactions accurately, advise customers on final charges, and promote additional SIXT products and services. Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance, ensuring they are moved to the correct location. Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs. This role supports SIXT's global mobility platform, which manages a fleet of 350,000 vehicles across 110 countries.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ideally a background in sales, service, or hospitality
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts
- Open to travel (5–10%)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to take on additional tasks to support business needs
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
