Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival, verify rental return details, and provide accurate receipts while ensuring vehicles are returned with full gas tanks. Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, document discrepancies with unit numbers, and direct customers to complete loss reports or damage checks. Manage vehicle logistics by identifying cars on system holds, tagging those flagged for maintenance, and verifying their movement to proper lot locations. Maintain a tidy lot for traffic flow and document customer feedback regarding satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Work Monday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm or alternative shifts, earning $15.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance and employee rental discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of continuous customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
