Job Summary
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Identify target areas for prospective business; pre-screen customer segments; ensure login and disbursement processes per norms; enhance customer satisfaction by understanding needs and cross-selling multiple products; execute sales promotions to build interest in the TCFSL brand; build strong internal and external client relationships and brand identification with potential customers; ensure vendor empanelment and cultivate relationships with new vendors; develop robust distribution channels; ensure compliance with Audit/RBI regulations.
