Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them while identifying target areas for prospective business. Pre-screen customer segments and ensure login numbers and disbursement targets are met. Proactively understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels, cross-sell multiple products, and execute sales promotion activities for the TCFSL brand. Build strong client relationships internally and externally, develop distribution channels, and manage vendor empanelment. Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. This role supports the organization's growth in the Chennai housing direct channel.
