Job Summary
Customer Service Representative and Front Desk Associate for Auto Glass Now. Handling intake of walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers; creating estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work; answering phones and returning calls; providing excellent customer service; assisting the manager with daily parts returns; ensuring accuracy when ordering parts; inputting documentation on calls and follow-ups; opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts; maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Must have a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and strong communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus; prior call center experience is advantageous. Training is provided with pay: training at least $15/hr, then up to $18/hr for fully trained roles; full-time and part-time schedules available.
