Job Summary
Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate at Auto Glass Now (Store #244) provides front-desk and customer support for auto glass services. Responsibilities include: intake and assist walk-ins and appointments, create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work, answer phones and return customer calls, deliver excellent customer service, assist the manager with daily parts returns, ensure accuracy when ordering parts, input documentation for calls and follow-ups, open new accounts or service existing ones, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Training is provided with paid progression from at least $15/hr during training to up to $18/hr post-training; opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time schedules. Bilingual capability is a plus, and prior call center experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Must have basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus
- Full-time or part-time availability
- Willingness to train for auto glass process explanations, billing, and customer follow-up
