Job Summary
Provide customer service for sports fans via chat, SMS, email/web-form, social, voice and self-service to deliver on fan experiences. Act as a brand ambassador, educate fans on how to stream games, create fantasy accounts, and help them accomplish tasks while resolving inquiries using available digital tools. Maintain general knowledge of the client’s products and services; demonstrate patience and problem-solving to address issues. Work in Windsor, ON in an office environment, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience, ability to type 30+ wpm, strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft programs, and a passion for sports; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
