Job Summary
Represent the company through telephone contact by answering calls, assisting customers with warranty issues, and helping retailers improve delivery service. The role includes performing a variety of administrative tasks, providing customers and coworkers with a remarkable experience, maintaining accurate office files, and demonstrating a good work ethic. Candidates must have 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and possess strong communication skills along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
