Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process sales transactions at a cash register, stock replenishment and unloading/receiving merchandise, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and foster a positive, respectful shopping environment. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing transactions, ensuring security of cash, stocking and recovering merchandise, maintaining clean facilities (including bathrooms), and performing other duties as assigned. Key skills include excellent customer service, strong communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
