Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to survey participants using predefined scripts and questionnaires to collect data on demographics, preferences, and market insights. Record, encode, and assess survey responses accurately while verifying inconsistencies and escalating data collection challenges. Build rapport with respondents and handle sensitive information in compliance with data protection policies. Adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and support additional research tasks as needed. This is a 5-month on-site consultancy contract in Angeles City, PH, with renewal possibilities based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Call center experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with clear, accent-neutral pronunciation
- Excellent reading comprehension and ability to follow scripts and interpret responses accurately
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, as needed
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
- Must be able to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
