Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives in Liverpool handle a high volume of inbound calls from members and their beneficiaries regarding pensions. The role is office-based, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with shifts 8am-6pm and no evenings or weekends. After extensive training (virtual), you’ll resolve queries within set service levels, supported by a Team Manager. Essential qualities include prior customer service experience in call-centre or face-to-face settings, strong telephone etiquette, empathy, the ability to build rapport, attention to detail, prioritisation, and initiative.
